    This week UAE residents are once again spoilt for choice when it comes to live sports action, so there is no excuse to be stuck indoors!

    Why not try a new sport like indoor triathlon? Or if running is more your thing, the Dubai Desert Road Run takes place at The Sevens Stadium.

    TRAINDUBAI

    Wednesday 1st June

    This is a free weekly evening of cycling, running, walking or rollerblading from 6-9pm.

    The 2.46km floodlit Club Circuit is a world-class sports facility and the cooler evening temperatures will ensure that all participants, regardless of ability, will enjoy their exercise.

    TALISE INDOOR TRIATHLON
    Friday, 3 June

    The race will follow the standard Super Sprint Triathlon distance comprising of a 400m swim a 10km bike and a 2.5km run.

    Up for grabs are great prizes including Reebok gift vouchers, Talise Spa vouchers, Talise Fitness memberships, High Altitude guest passes and gift vouchers from MEFITPRO.

    THE FIGHT – BOXING NIGHT AT AHDAAF SPORTS CLUB
    Friday, 3 June

    Several different gyms in Dubai are involved in The Fight, including Round 10 Boxing Club and Fit Boys Gym, while promoters from Thailand have put together six professional bouts.

    Eleven officials and three fighters from different parts of the world will be flown in to ensure the contests meet an international standard.

    DUBAI DESERT ROAD RUN
    Saturday, 4 June

    This event that allows you to follow your progress throughout the year at different events and socialize with fellow runners.

    It includes a 10km race for adults and those above 14 years old, a 3km junior race, ages 6 to 18, and a 3km fun run, which is untimed.

    DUBAI SPORTS WORLD
    Sunday, 5th June – Saturday, 27th August

    Dubai Sports World offers the sports enthusiasts of Dubai a chance to enjoy their favorite sports indoors during the summer heat.

    The indoor playing fields includes football, basketball, volleyball, tennis courts, table tennis and more.
