    The holy month of Ramadan has now begun and if you want to break your fast and watch the World Cup matches thereafter, then head to the Memo­ries Tent in Dubai.

    Located at Dubai Media City, Amphitheatre, opposite MBC building, the tent is open from 19:00 every day during the World Cup.

    Anyone who hasn’t been to the tent will be amazed by the venue, given it’s distinct Arabian feel.

    Wael Jaber, chief executive of­ficer of Memories Events Manage­ment, said: “All of the matches will have Arabic commentary to ensure there is an Arabian setting.”

    Although there is no entry fee, guests will have to pay Dh100, who will be able to redeem their voucher for a non-alcoholic drink or selected food dish.

    Able to accommodate up to 542 guests, people will can watch the action on three big screens mean­ing wherever they are in the tent they can get a clear view of all the action in Brazil.

    And if you want to watch the matches privately with your friends and family, then why not book a VIP lounge? For a minimum spend of Dh700, you will have your own 42-inch TV screen showing all the remaining World Cup matches.

    Guests will be able to enjoy fantastic Arabian dishes that are specially catered by the five-star hotel Al Bustan Rotana.

    Jaber said: “We will have a variety of mouthwatering dishes to choose from.

    “As we are now in Ramadan, guests can come to the tent, have their Iftar and later enjoy the World Cup matches on screen.”

    Guests will be able to win fan­tastic prizes such as national team jerseys, electronic items and food and beverage vouchers in various competitions including juggling and penalty shootouts.

    And for something different, shisha will be on offer, available for an additional price.

    Guests will be impressed with their visit to Memories Tent, ac­cording to Jaber. He said: “We’re striving to add the entertaining aspect at the World Cup, making it not just a game to watch, but an experience to remember.

    “We have invested our time and effort to ensure that our guests leave with a smile whether their team wins or loses.”
