The Ladies Dash is the country’s first and only ladies relay running race with an exclusive Activity Village laden with fun activities, fitness sections, and music and dance zones.
This event hands participants the opportunity to engage in physical activity, experiment a myriad of sports and challenges, and more importantly explore healthy dietary attitudes.
Ladies 18 years and above are eligible for short distance relay races, in which each runner is expected to complete a single loop (800m) before passing the baton to a fellow team-mate. While no more than five ladies are allowed per team, staff will help teams achieve the required roster number.
Although prizes will be awarded to the top 3 fastest teams, individuals best dressed and Activity Village challenge winners, all participants will leave the venue with a race pack containing giveaways.
