Sailing
The event at Abu Dhabi Sailing & Yacht Club on Saturday January 21, 2017, will start at 1:00 – 1:30pm, from Saadiyat Island to Abu Dhabi Corniche, near the breakwater.
The race will be live on the Abu Dhabi Sport TV channel and the club invites all lovers of Dhow sailing to follow and join the competition near the breakwater.
The class will have up to 80 boats on the start line. Once the signal is given, it is truly a magnificent sight to the fleet of dhows raise their sails and race the 15 nautical miles back to Abu Dhabi.
