It was confirmed on Monday that Conte would replace Guus Hiddink on a three-year deal that will start following Euro 2016.

The 46-year-old former Juventus boss took over the Italian national team in August 2014 and secured their qualification for the European Championship.

He was first tipped as a successor to Hiddink at Stamford Bridge last month.

And Conte will most certainly be putting in place plans to invest in Chelsea’s squad, with some of the world’s best players earmarked to join him in London.

Here, we look at five of those superstars that will be on Conte’s radar this summer.

ARTURO VIDAL (BAYERN MUNICH)

Now at Bayern Munich, the former Juventus midfielder would relish a reunion with his old boss.

KOSTAS MANOLAS (ROMA)

A long-time Chelsea target, the Greek international would help Conte improve the Blues’ defence.

EDINSON CAVANI (PSG)

A player he wanted at Juventus, the PSG striker might be available this summer.

PAUL POGBA (JUVENTUS)

If big money signings are to follow, few would make more noise than snatching the Frenchman from his former club.

RADJA NAINGGOLAN (ROMA)

The fiery Belgian midfielder would certainly boost the Chelsea midfield.
