Not only that you can also have access to professional certified personal trainer starting from 130 AED/session and second yes this is 50% less than other profit driven Gyms! When you join TARGET GYM, you can get access to one club or multiple clubs. Currently we offer 4 clubs conveniently located across Dubai. Three clubs under the name of TARGET GYM, the mixed gender clubs where you can enjoy state-of-the-art equipment, cardio and resistance training, high-energy Group exercise classes, and guidance from our certified personal trainers. The fourth club is under the name of TARGET AEROBICS it is our ladies only club division, it offers Group classes, Personal training and Strength equipment (Free weights are not available)
