TOA Dubai Ladies practice on Tuesday nights at Repton school at 7pm and on Friday morning at Safa Park at 8am. We also have other fitness sessions on an ad hoc basis every week. If you decide to join TOA Dubai Ladies, we expect consistency in attendance to training sessions, from the beginning of the season in September until the end of the season in April.
