Talise Fitness Club Madinat Jumeirah

Quay Health Club was recently renamed to Talise Fitness Club, which offers two squash courts and complimentary equipment. There are group and private sessions available for Tennis and Swimming, along with state-of-the-art gym facilities. It is a nice place to spend your free time and challenge your friends with a game of squash. All levels are welcome, whether you prefer to play individually or enroll for individual or group private coaching lessons with internationally accredited coaches.
