Rawr Yoga Studio conduct classes that are specifically designed for both beginners and advanced students. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, fitness level or previous yoga experience. Specialized in Bikram Yoga, also known as original hot yoga, the classes are conducted in 40-degree heat at 40% humidity and involves a series of 26 asanas and 2 breathing exercises. It is an intensive 90-minute workout for the body and mind, a unique combination of fat burning cardio, deep breathing and strength training. This class is a unique workout that is challenging, detoxifying and healing. These 26 postures not only develop muscle strength, agility but also incorporate deep breathing techniques and meditation.
