Crystal Palace fans are still in shock after their manager Tony Pulis left the English Premier League club on Thursday just two days before the start of the season.
Assistant manager Keith Millen will be in temporary charge for Saturday's trip to Arsenal.
Pulis held urgent talks with Palace co-chairman Steve Parish to discuss issues relating to transfers but a resolution could not be found.
