The film comes after the release of two short films featuring Emirati weightlifter Amna Al Haddad and the Omani Tennis Player Fatma Al Nabhani raising awareness around the recent launch of the Arabic version of the Nike+ Training Club (NTC) App. The series comes also as part of Nike’s global #betterforit movement which is aimed at inspiring girls to get more active.

In the film Raha Moharrak speaks about her passion for sport and the need to constantly challenge herself.

Being the first Saudi woman to have climbed Mount Everest, Raha’s unbeatable resilience and desire to set new goals shows the mark of a true fighter.

“I am not the kind who can sit without moving for hours,” Moharrak explains. “I look for new challenges every day. That motivates me.

“When I climb, I need to know that I can trust my body so, when I am home, I train.”

Moharrak’s adventurous spirit and passion for concurring new challenges has brought her to her next pursuit, climbing the highest Alaskan peak.

The Nike film features Raha training with NTC which has been recently made available in the Arabic language for the first time.
