A video posted on the USA Rugby Sevens page shows Williams’ gruelling rehab routine as he returns from an Achilles tendon injury sustained at the Olympics last August.
A typical Achilles tendon injury takes nine months to heal, but if the above video is anything to go by, then the two-time World Cup winner will be back setting the rugby fields alight in no time.
Williams signed a three-year deal with the Auckland Blues in June, which represents a major boost to the All Blacks as they prepare for the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.
