Fighting Fit Dubai (previously White Collar DXB) is back for its second season this October, following a group of UAE residents with dreams of boxing glory.
The show’s official boxing expert is Roy Gumbs – a former UK and Commonwealth boxing champion – and the Warehouse Gym coach is sharing his tips with us. First up it was the straight, now he focuses on the hook.
