Tackles are usually associated with American football or rugby, but the WWE has had plenty of stars who can deliver bone-crushing hits.
Heavy-hitters such as Goldberg and Braun Strowman are among those who were experts at rib-cracking tackles, spears, and pounces that left opponents either gasping for breath or flat on the ground – or both.
Ahead of Sunday’s Super Bowl, WWE showcased some of its hard-hitting stars who would have looked as comfortable on the football field as they did in the ring.
