We all know John Cena is no stranger to the gym – but he’s now looking all kinds of ripped.
The leader of the Cenation appeared in a video promoting the upcoming Super Show-Down in Australia, and his tag-team match with Bobby Lashley against Kevin Owens and Elias.
Cena has made a ton of headlines following his high-profile split from Nikki Bella, but is clearly in pretty fine health judging by his chiseled abs and intense vascularity.
He says in the video how he has dropped a few pounds – you can be the judge yourself in this video.

The Hounds of Justice are back!
Just when it looked like Braun Strowman was about to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase, the WWE RAW landscape took on a whole new look.
Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose, dressed in those familiar black fatigues, came to the aid of Roman Reigns as the show closed with the famous triple powerbomb making an appearance to send the Monster Among Men through the announce table.
It was a surprising, and shocking conclusion to RAW, which had seen Reigns defend his title in an excellent match with Finn Balor, before it looked as though he was going to he ‘get these hands’
With one of the most dominant trios in WWE history back together, where do Strowman go now in his quest for the gold?
Oh Stephanie, when will you learn?
It was all laid out, the grand presentation of Ronda Rousey’s WWE RAW Women’s Championship, and Stephanie McMahon was centre stage – taking the plaudits while the rest of the women’s roster stood ringside.
Now, the two have had their problems in the past – and Ronda was quick to point out that this was not all about the boss’s daughter.
After some verbal sparring, where Ronda told the roster, and the WWE universe this was not about her, but rather the continuation of the whole women’s evolution, she then dropped McMahon in an armbar before standing tall with her title in the ring.
