India vs West Indies: Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and Kuldeep Yadav return as India announce strong ODI and T20I squads

  • India have announced the limited-overs squad for the upcoming series against the West Indies.

    Virat Kohli will be leading the team in both limited-overs formats after sitting out the T20I series against Bangladesh in November. Swing bowler Bhuvaneshwar Kumar and wrist-spinner Kuldeep Yadav make a return to the ODI and T20I squads.

    Shivam Dube makes it to the ODI squad for the first time in his career.

    The teams will play a three-match T20I series that begins on December 6 at Mumbai. The remaining two games will be played on December 8 and December 11 at Thiruvananthapuram and Hyderabad respectively.

    This will be followed by a three-match ODI series. The three ODIs will be played in Chennai (December 15), Visakhapatnam (December 18) and Cuttack (December 22).
