    Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir will return to domestic cricket in a bid to rediscover his rhythm and form after being dropped from the Test squad.

    The left-armed pacer has been off-colour with the ball for some time now with his poor showing in the Asia Cup costing him a place in the Pakistan Test squad for the upcoming series against Australia.

    5:30pm – Fakhar Zaman biggest flop of the 2018 Asia Cup

    The 2018 edition of the Asia Cup came to a close on Friday with defending champions India getting their hands on a record seventh title.

    5:00pm – Wahab Riaz’s 2019 World Cup dream back on track

    Wahab Riaz’s dreams of representing Pakistan in the 2019 ICC World Cup in England seemed to be all but over after his work ethic in training was questioned by head coach Mickey Arthur in April this year. The pacer was not even picked among the 25 probables for Pakistan’s tour of Ireland and England.

    3:15pm – Rashid Khan claims top ICC ODI all-rounders’ ranking

    Afghanistan star Rashid Khan continues to make waves in international cricket with the leg-spinner climbing to the top of the ICC ODI rankings for all-rounders.

    In the latest ICC rankings for all-rounders released on Sunday, Rashid displaced Bangladesh’s Shakib Al Hasan in the top spot following his excellent showing in the recently concluded Asia Cup.

    3:00pm – Sarfraz Ahmed receives Inzamam-ul-Haq’s complete backing

    Sarfraz Ahmed’s position as Pakistan captain might have come under fire following the team’s dismal showing in the recently concluded Asia Cup but he has received complete support from selection chief Inzamam-ul-Haq.

    1:20pm – Shahid Afridi unveiled as Icon Player for UAET20x

    On Sunday, Pakistan cricket legend Shahid Afridi was announced as the latest Icon Player to join UAE T20x. After receiving an NOC from the Pakistan Cricket Board, Afridi has confirmed his involvement in the UAE’s first homegrown international T20 league – which will run from December 19th until January 11th.

    Afridi becomes the fourth Player Icon to add his name to the UAE T20x roster, following the announcements of Eoin Morgan, David Miller and Andre Russell.

    1:10pm – Mayank Agarwal credits Rahul Dravid after India call-up

    Mayank Agarwal has praised Rahul Dravid’s motivation technique after being handed a maiden India Test call-up.

    On Saturday, the 27-year-old batsman was picked in the India squad for the upcoming two-Test series against the West Indies after amassing over 2,000 runs in domestic cricket last season.

    1:00pm – George Bailey praises MS Dhoni’s leadership

    Former Australia batsman George Bailey has revealed some of the leadership techniques used by MS Dhoni in a tribute video posted by Cricket Australia.

    Bailey, who played under Dhoni’s captaincy with Chennai Super Kings in the IPL, has lauded the India stalwart for his calmness on the pitch while revealing some of his unique traits.

    11:00am – Shakib Al Hasan ruled out for three months

    Bangladesh star all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is set to be out for three months, at least, after the infection in his left little finger worsened.

    Shakib had delayed surgery on his finger to participate in the Asia Cup earlier this month.

    10:00am – Chance for India’s next generation to shine in West Indies series

    India’s squad for the upcoming Test series against the West Indies was announced on Saturday and there were a few surprises in store for the fans.

    Openers Shikhar Dhawan and Murali Vijay have been omitted from the squad, with youngsters such as Prithvi Shaw and Mayank Agarwal called up.
