    9:00pm – Finch promises batting shake-up for India’s visit

    Australia limited-overs skipper Aaron Finch has hinted at changes in the team’s batting order for the upcoming visit of India after his men were handed a 2-1 loss in the ODI series by South Africa.

    The Proteas won the third and final ODI at Hobart on Sunday by 40 runs to hand Australia another series defeat following their losses in England and in the UAE against Pakistan.

    8:00pm – Pant and Karthik provide India the answers

    India completed a 3-0 clean sweep over the West Indies, with the final T20 between the two sides on Sunday going right down to the wire.

    As the men in blue get ready for their showdown Down Under, we have taken a look at the three things they have learned from their whitewash of the Windies.

    7:00pm – Mashrafe Mortaza to contest elections in Bangladesh

    In a rare instance of an active cricketer running for public office, Bangladesh ODI skipper Mashrafe Mortaza is set to contest in the country’s general elections set to be held in December.

    The 35-year-old will contest the elections on behalf of the ruling party Awami League and a picture of him alongside that of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was splashed across the front pages of multiple Bangladesh newspapers on Monday.

    6:00pm – Rohit Sharma in confident mood ahead of Australia tour

    India completed a 3-0 whitewash of the West Indies in the T20 series on Sunday with a six-wicket win over the visitors in the final clash at Chennai.

    As dominant as India might have been across all three formats against the Windies, stand-in skipper Rohit Sharma believes the upcoming full tour of Australia will be a different level of challenge altogether.

    5:00pm – Mushfiqur Rahim registers record double Test ton

    Bangladesh’s Mushfiqur Rahim made history on Monday when he became the first wicketkeeper to register two double tons in Test cricket.

    The Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batsman attained the feat on day two of his side’s second Test against Zimbabwe at Dhaka on Monday.

    4:30pm – Jos Buttler lauds England’s batting flexibility

    Jos Buttler believes the flexibility of England‘s batting line-up is a sign of strength rather than a result of indecision.

    Despite an impressive 211-run win against Sri Lanka in Galle, England began preparations for the second Test in Kandy with a handful of selection posers to answer.

    4:00pm – Kuldeep and Dhawan shine in India player ratings

    India completed a 3-0 whitewash of the West Indies in the three-match T20 series on Sunday with a last-gasp six-wicket win in Chennai.

    It was another impressive performance from the hosts after their triumphs in the Test and ODI series against the same opponents.

    3:00pm – Shaheen Afridi impresses in drawn Pakistan v New Zealand ODI series

    Rains played spoilsport in the ODI series between Pakistan and the Blackcaps with the deciding clash at Dubai on Sunday having to be abandoned. That meant that the three-match series was jointly shared by the two teams at 1-1.

    2:00pm – Sarfraz Ahmed happy with drawn ODI series

    Pakistan skipper Sarfraz Ahmed saw rains spoil a great chance for his men to capture the ODI series against New Zealand on Sunday but the wicketkeeper batsman was nevertheless a content man.

    “It’s a sort of disappointing end. But you can’t fight with nature, we were in a good position after a good total and then got a key wicket,” said Sarfraz after the abandoned match.
