9:00am – Steve Smith’s BPL participation in doubt
Australia batsman Steve Smith’s maiden participation in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) now appears to be in doubt with his eligibility being questioned by the remaining franchises.
The 29-year-old had been picked up as a replacement player for Asela Gunaratne by the Comilla Victorians franchise in November.

8:00am – IPL 2019 auction shortlist revealed
The final shortlist of players for the upcoming auction for the 2019 Indian Premier League (IPL) has been released with a total of 346 cricketers set to go under the hammer.
Among the overseas stars, Sri Lanka veteran pacer Lasith Malinga and England all-rounder Sam Curran lead the way with the highest base price.
