Captain Denesh Ramdin said his players are in a buoyant mood following their fightback to draw the first Test in Antigua and will bring a similar confident approach into the second contest.

He believes Devendra Bishoo will be a key member of the bowling attack as the leg-spinner prepares go make a return to international cricket and Grenada gets set to host its third Test match.

“It’s good to be back in Grenada. The preparations have gone very well and we are ready for this important match. We are hearing 11,000 fans on the first two days so that will make for a great atmosphere. The pitch looks a good one, but you can expect help for the spinners on days four and five,” Ramdin said.

“He (Bishoo) has been bowling really well in the regional tournament and has worked hard since he came back into the camp and I believe he will have a significant part to play in this match. He bowls some ‘beauties’ so let’s hope we get a lot of ‘beauties’ in this match.”
