It has been an indifferent start to IPL 2019 for Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore and both teams will look to get their campaign up and running in their clash in Bengaluru on Thursday.

Apart from the clash on the field, there is one going on the online world. Dream11 – IPL’s official partner – are running daily contests for each match apart from the main fantasy league per round.

Here are our top picks for Thursday’s match in Bengaluru.

BATSMAN: AB de Villiers (10 credits)

The Chinnaswamy Stadium is the second home of South African star ABD. After the difficult start to the season on a sluggish pitch in Chennai, De Villiers will have a point to prove when he comes to bat in the batsman friendly Chinnaswamy Stadium.

The short boundaries should work in De Villiers’ favour, so Mumbai bowlers better be on their toes.

    BOWLER: Yuzvendra Chahal (9 cr)

Mumbai Indians fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah may or may not play, given that he has just recovered from a shoulder problem. Bangalore leg-spinner Chahal made a name for himself delivering in the unforgiving ground of Bengaluru and should be high on confidence after finishing with exemplary figures of 1-6 against Chennai in the first game.

    ALL-ROUNDER: Moeen Ali (8.5 cr)

The England all-rounder will always be an asset with the bat at the top of the order, and can be relied upon to take a wicket or two with his off-spin. Can be a goldmine of fantasy points.

    WICKET-KEEPER: Quinton de Kock (9.5cr)

The South African gloveman is too good to stay quiet in the shortest format. He is in form and should fancy is chances against Bangalore’s seamers. Plus, almost guaranteed to pouch a few behind the stumps.

    CAPTAIN: AB de Villiers

    VICE-CAPTAIN: Rohit Sharma
