It is the week that some international names start to the leave IPL 2019, which means selections become tricky.

Round six of the fantasy league which is run by Dream 11, official partners of IPL, is upon us and and we are here to help you make the right calls. With just five trades allowed for this round, here are our top tips.

    TOP TIP FOR ROUND 6

    Avoid top Englishmen and Delhi

England’s World Cup players are to leave the tournament before April 25, which means star names like Jonny Bairstow and Ben Stokes won’t be available while Jos Buttler has already left.

Jofra Archer and Sam Curran should be available for fantasy selection so choose wisely. Also, Sunrisers Hyderabad play three games this round while Delhi Capitals play just the one. So yes to David Warner and think twice about Rishabh Pant or Kagiso Rabada.

    David Warner (11 cr)

The Sunrisers Hyderabad opener is going at a million miles at the moment, failing to score a fifty just twice in nine innings. The southpaw is guaranteed to pile on more runs before he joins the Australian team at the end of the month.

    Chris Gayle (10 cr)

The Caribbean icon has breezed to 421 runs from just nine innings with four fifties under his belt. The Kings XI Punjab batsman has turned back the clock in grand style and should be a safe choice. The sixes will continue to flow as long as he is there.

    Virat Kohli (11.5 cr)

Desperate times for RCB mean skipper Kohli has cranked it up to 11. Bangalore can’t afford a single slip-up now, which means Kohli should get runs on board through sheer determination. Has been just below his best but still has a ton and two fifties so far.

    BOWLERS

    Dale Steyn (8 cr)

The Royal Challengers have found a lethal weapon in their old acquisition. The South African veteran has picked up four wickets in two matches and looks good for many more given the nature of wickets this season.

    Rashid Khan (9.5 cr)

With no word yet as to when Afghanistan players need to leave the IPL for World Cup preparations, chances are Rashid will play the three games for SRH. He only has nine wickets from nine games but that’s because batsmen are just playing him off. The wickets should come soon.

    Imran Tahir (7.5 cr)

The Chennai leg-spinner is a must have in all teams and more so this round as the Super Kings are playing both their matches at home. He already has 16 scalps from 10 matches and should end up with loads more.

    ALL-ROUNDERS

    Andre Russell

    Andre Russell (10 cr)

The Knight Riders all-rounder has hurt his wrist and has been in pain every time he has gone out to bat. But Russell continues to muscle those sixes out of the park. If he manages to preserve his wrist, fielders better get ready to retrieve the ball from the stands.

    Ravindra Jadeja (8 cr)

A quiet performer this season for Chennai. Should relish the spinning conditions at the Chepauk. Hasn’t had many chances to bat but provides extra points for his stupendous fielding.

    WICKETKEEPRS

    MS Dhoni (9.5 cr)

The Chennai superstar almost pulled off an incredible win against RCB by hitting 84 off 48. Should get a shot at more dismissals keeping on a spinning Chennai pitch. His back is a concern but that has been the case for many seasons.

    KL Rahul (10.5 cr)

The Kings XI opener has risen to the top tier of batsmen this IPL with a shade under 400 runs from 10 matches. Back with the keeper’s gloves so should get a chance to get a few dismissals under his belt.
