Defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders take on a resurgent Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore on Saturday.
With the victory at home on Thursday, Kolkata Knight Riders moved to third place on the table with nine points. After a solid start to their campaign, they recently suffered a dip in form but pulled off a win against the form team in IPL 2015. They will be eager to prove that the win wasn't just a flash in the pan.
Royal Challenges Bangalore have won three and lost as many in seven matches and are just below the Knight Riders in fourth. However they have made a return to winning ways and in some style. They notched up huge wins against Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils and will look to consolidate their position in the top half of the table.
