  • The England stars have landed in Dubai.

England limited-overs stalwarts Eoin Morgan and Jason Roy have joined up with their respective sides in the ongoing Pakistan Super League in the UAE.

The duo have just arrived from New Zealand where they helped England secure a 3-2 triumph in the five-match ODI series.

England skipper Morgan has joined up with the Karachi Kings while Jason Roy has linked up with Quetta Gladiators.

The tournament is now heading into the final stages with two league matches remaining for both Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators. The former are currently placed third in the table with nine points from their eight games while the latter are sitting at the top of the table with 10.

The top four sides in the six-team competition will qualify for the eliminators which will be held in Lahore with the finals being hosted in Karachi.

Morgan is a veteran of 72 T20Is for England and has registered nine fifties at a strike-rate of near 133. His compatriot Roy has an identical strike-rate and two half centuries from 27 T20Is.

The two have reached Dubai to join up with the rest of their team-mates and their availability for the finals stages of the competition will be a big boost for both sides.

The Gladiators are slated to take on bottom-of-the-table Lahore Qalandars at Sharjah on Wednesday for their next engagement while the Kings will take on Peshawar Zalmi at the same venue on Thursday.
