    Best match you have seen: South Africa vs Australia ODI in Johannesburg 2006. It was a fantastic match to watch.

    First cricket match you saw: Watching my father play in a club cricket tournament in Pakistan when I was eight.

    Favourite format of the game to watch: T20 because it is short, fun and entertaining.

    Favourite player growing up: Tendulkar. He played fantastic shots in difficult situations. His record speaks for itself.

    First piece of cricket equipment you bought or given: A bat for my seventh birthday.

    One stadium you would like to visit: Lord’s, it is the home of cricket. I always like watching matches that are played at the famous stadium on television.

    Best player at the moment: AB de Villiers because he is very consistent in every format.

    Favourite sporting moment on television: Watching Real Madrid beat Bayern Munich 4-0 in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals. It was an unbelievable performance.

    Other sports you play: Football and table tennis.

    Faovurite meal: Cheese steak burgers and chips.

    Best thing about playing cricket in the UAE: You get to play against players of different Asian nationalities. The competition is always tough, you have to be at your very best to win.
