India captain Virat Kohli on Saturday accepted former cricket batsman Sachin Tendulkar‘s kit-up challenge.
The right-handed batsman posted a video of kitting-it-up to play the sport he has grown up playing – cricket.
Kohli also nominated wicketkeeper batsman Parthiv Patel to complete the challenge.
The 29-year old led India to an easy 2-0 T20I series win against Ireland on Friday, as the visitors won the second game by a margin of 143 runs at The Village.
India will now head to play against England for a three-match T20I series which will be followed by a three-match ODI series.
The first T20I is set to be played at Old Trafford in Manchester on July 3.
