FFF Black and FFF Blue storm into indoor league semis

FFF Black and FFF Blue booked their place in the semi-finals of the Friday Football Fiesta Ramadan Indoor League at the Al Manara indoor ground in Dubai.

With two back-to-back wins under their belts FFF Blue got into the act straight away and before the Mumbaikars could even settle down, they had scored twice through Freddie. Ali Walji added two more with Orlando Viegas too getting his name on the score sheet.

Russell Rosario pulled a goal back in the last minute for Mumbaikars but the game finished 5-1 for Blue.

FFF Grey took on FFG Printpac, the teams were evenly matched until a Wasfi Abdullah cross saw Ayul Adatia flick in to make it 1-0.

Mujtaba Walji put a cross for Ayul Adatia to make it 2-0, while Sadik Dhirani completed a 3-0 rout.

The next game again saw Mumbaikar this time take on FFF Grey.

Their goalkeeper Mario was in superb form. Noel Noronha gave Mumbaikar the lead and Chris Dias made it 2-0 as a shock victory looked on the cards.

Mujtaba Walji pulled a goal back with three minutes remaining and then turned provider for Maisam Rattansi to make it 2-2 in the dying seconds of the game.
