Manchester City midfielder and former France international Samir Nasri hasn't had his best spell this year at the Ettihad Stadium after finding himself second fiddle to the likes of Fernandinho, Yaya Toure, David Silva and Kevin De Bruyne – despite signing five year deal, just last year.
Like his game time, his personal life off the pitch isn't looking too rosey either, after a recent split with former partner and Victoria Secret model' Anara Atanes, with the pair involved in a social media fued on instagram.
Atanes took the headlines when she had an outburst towards France national team coach' Dider Deschamps, after he failed to select her then boyfriend, for the team. At the time, she tweeted "F*** france and f*** deschamps! What a s*** manager!", before following it up with, "Incase u didn’t read my tweet properly…. I’ll repeat myself….. f*** FRANCE!!!!! And f*** deschamps!”
Things soon turned sour for the couple, as they eventually be-friended one-and-other on social media sites, until Nasri broke the silence with a dig at the "fake" model and ex-girlfriend.
Maybe now Nasri can worry about getting fit and playing football…just an idea.
