The Democratic Republic of Congo have been one of the surprise packages at the African Cup of Nations.
Despite a pre-tournament dispute over bonus payments which saw players skip training for two days, Congo have finished top of their group after a 3-1 victory over Togo on Tuesday.
Junior Kabananga was instrumental again, continuing his scoring run at AFCON with a superb first-half strike to earn Congo a valuable win over the Sparrows Hawks.
The 27-year-old’s goal means he has now scored in every game of the tournament so far.
Meanwhile, defending champions Ivory Coast crashed out after losing 1-0 to Morocco, with Rachid Alioui netting the winner.
Congo and Morocco will discover their quarter-final opponents on Wednesday.
