Barcelona are set to step-up their scouting of Genoa striking sensation Krzysztof Piatek during next weekend’s clash at Serie A champions Juventus, according to reports.
Piatek, 23, has scored a sensational 13 goals in eight matches since he joined, unheralded, from Cracovia last June. Such form has alerted the Catalans, who could add an alternative option to the ageing Luis Suarez at the end of 2018/19.
Mundo Deportivo have stated that their chief international scout, Ariedo Braida, will be present at Allianz Stadium on Saturday to specifically watch the new Poland cap.
Piatek has also been linked to Napoli, Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City.
