Among the many Chelsea players who have enjoyed a resurgence this season under Antonio Conte, Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is one name that stands out.
After establishing himself as one of the best goalkeepers in Europe, culminating in his fine form helping Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea win the title in the 2014-15 season, Courtois regressed last year, along with many of his Chelsea team-mates.
However, this year, the Belgian has been a vital part of a solid Chelsea defense that has taken the Blues to the top of the table.
Indeed, according to WhoScored.com, Courtois’ 11 clean sheets are the most by any goalkeeper in Europe’s top five leagues this season.

After a difficult season, the 24-year-old has bounced back to demonstrate why he’s long been considered one of the best young goalkeepers around.
