Manchester United fans appear to be fed up over the latest rumours that Cristiano Ronaldo is set to leave Real Madrid.
The 32-year-old was linked with an exit from the Bernabeu earlier in the summer after he was upset over his treatment by Spanish tax authorities.
According to El Pais, the Los Blancos star’s future is far from uncertain.
A close source to Ronaldo told the paper: “For now, he’s just concentrating on playing.
“He is angry about the five-game ban, but he is working just as hard with the team. However, we cannot guarantee whether he will stay or leave.”
“We’ll see what happens in between now and August 31”
The Portuguese attacker is currently serving a five-game suspension after pushing a referee in the Spanish Super Cup clash against Barcelona.
The latest exit rumours have sparked plenty of reaction on social media, with some Red Devils fans voicing their displeasure at news linking him with a return to Old Trafford.
What’s the average number of weeks between rumors of Ronaldo returning to United? Seems to be in the teens these past 6 years

Ronaldo once again linked with United. Let’s put this to bed shall we. He uses United like a jilted lover.

Ronaldo again being linked with #MUFC because he’s sulking over his 5 game ban. We should announce we don’t want him back. Sick of this
