  • Brink of redemption: Angel Di Maria is still available at his season-starting price of £9.5m and is bound to reignite the English Premier League after his return from injury.

Each week, Sport360 will bring you tips for the English Premier League's official fantasy football game. Fancy pitting your wits against us? Join the newly established "Sport360 Fans'" league using code 47463-715903.

This week Sport 360 looks at one player that can't be ignored after returning from injury and three bargains that are certainly catching our eye for their price.

    Unavoidable star:

MF – Angel Di Maria (Manchester United) – 9.5m
    Angel Di Maria.

If the African Cup of Nations means you have lost Yaya Toure or you have some spare cash, spend it wisely on Angel Di Maria – one of the world’s best midfielders. The Argentine is still available at his season-starting price of £9.5m and is bound to reignite the English Premier League after his return from injury. Before his spell on the sidelines, he was one of the league's most consistent performers with three goals and six assists in ten Premier League starts. Louis van Gaal played the former-Real Madird man as a forward in their last match alongside Robin van Persie as well so this could be a ploy that is repeated again in the future. Manchester United play QPR this weekend and their record is immense. Since 2011, they’ve played 5, won 5, scored 13, conceded 1. With this is mind, Angel Di Maria must be purchased and made captain for this fixture.

    Three bargains:

    FWD – Bafetimbi Gomis (Swansea) – 6.5m
    Bafetimbi Gomis.

Gomis must be loving the fact that Swansea now have to rely on him for the goals after Wilfried Bony signed for Manchester City on a four-and-a-half year deal. The Frenchman has played the full 90 minutes in the last two games and has been the focal point for the Welsh side, attempting 14 shots overall. His rate for Lyon before coming to the Premier League was impressive. He scored 42 goals (in all competitions) over the last two seasons. He is undervalued at 6.5m, so get him before his price rises.

    FWD – Danny Ings (Burnley) – 5.7m
    Danny Ings.

Burnley have three winnable fixtures ahead of them and they will need their main striker to provide the firepower. The Clarets play Crystal Palace (h), Sunderland (a) and then West Brom (h). With Ings netting a well-takten goal against QPR and achieving maximum bonus points, he looks a real eye-catching punt to take for the next few weeks.

    MF – George Boyd (Burnley) – 4.7m
    George Boyd.

George Boyd has rejuventated his Premier League reputation with Burnley after being deemed surplus to requirements at Hull City. He only scored two goals for the Tigers last season, but this year he has already played more minutes than all of last year and has four goals to his name. This has made him the second highest fantasy points scorer in the club after Danny Ings. He practically plays as a wing-forward for Burnley too which makes him an absolute bargain for 4.7m; even if you only use him as a bench player.
