Hopefully, you came away from Double Gameweek 19 in Fantasy Premier League with a massive haul, perhaps even three figures. Round 20 though brings with it a couple of big decisions with popular premium picks Kevin De Bruyne and Jamie Vardy both facing spells on the sidelines.

Tottenham host Liverpool in the big match of the round while Manchester City and Arsenal travel to West Brom and Southampton respectively.

Elsewhere, Manchester United entertain Sheffield United and Chelsea take on Wolves in their first match after parting ways with Frank Lampard.

Here are a few tips to help guide you through GW20.

    CAPTAIN – BRUNO FERNANDES | MAN UNITED | 11.3M

    Bruno Fernandes

After being named on the bench for the FA Cup fourth-round tie with Liverpool, Bruno Fernandes is almost guaranteed to start at home to Sheffield United.

Only one assist in the last three GWs represents his leanest spell this season but going by his phenomenal record, that just means he’s due a big haul. Following his heroics in the FA Cup, he’d back himself to deliver.

United are bursting with confidence at the moment. They will be keen to attack a Sheffield side who have kept just one clean sheet all season and maintain their status as league leaders.

    ALTERNATIVE

RAHEEM STERLING (11.5m) is finding his way into to several teams now that De Bruyne is injured and he’s a viable replacement for the Belgian. He has delivered returns in six of last nine GWs and is still something of a differential with an ownership of just 7.4 per cent at the time of writing.

    BOLD CHOICE

JOAO CANCELO (5.8m) has immense attacking potential and while many have flocked to John Stones after his massive haul in DGW19, the full-back is still the City defender to own. Pep Guardiola’s side boast meanest defence and Cancelo gets himself in dangerous positions with alarming frequency. With De Bruyne unavailable, he’ll likely see even more of the action.

    ONE TO GET

    JAMES MADDISON | LEICESTER CITY | 7.2M

    James Maddison

After a slow start to the season, James Maddison is finally starting to hit his stride. The stylish playmaker has three goals in the last three games and is creating chances for fun. Vardy’s absence may curb Leicester’s attacking play to an extent, but may see Maddision play even closer to goal and link up with Ayoze Perez. He’ll also be on penalties in Vardy’s absence.

    ONE TO AVOID

    SADIO MANE | LIVERPOOL | 11.8M

    Sadio Mane

Sadio Mane’s form is a concern as he’s blanked in the last four GWs. Liverpool’s attacking line has struggled in recent times, failing to score in 438 minutes of Premier League football. At 11.8m, Mane isn’t justifying his place at the moment while the Reds face Spurs, Man City and Leicester in their next five fixtures.

    BARGAIN BUY

    ILKAY GUNDOGAN | MAN CITY | 5.5M

    Ilkay Gundogan

Ilkay Gundogan is enjoying his best run of form in a City shirt and De Bruyne’s absence will likely see his influence grow. He should be on penalties as a result, while his five goals and only two blanks in last seven GWs is impressive.
