France progressed to the finals of Euro 2016 after a 2-0 win over Germany in the semi-finals in Marseille courtesy of a brace from Antoine Griezmann.
The Atletico de Madrid forward dispatched a penalty on the stroke of half-time after Bastian Schweinsteiger handled inside the box.

The tournament’s top scorer then took his tally in the competition to six goals when he poked home the loose ball after Manuel Neuer had gotten a hand to Paul Pogba’s cross.
Germany piled on the pressure in the closing stages and Hugo Lloris had to step up and make a couple of great saves while Kimmich hit the woodwork as well.
France will face Portugal in the finals on Sunday.
