  • Cristiano Ronaldo’s 600th goal in all club competitions earned Serie A champions Juventus a 1-1 draw at the San Siro against Inter Milan.

Juventus, who confirmed an eighth consecutive league title with victory against Fiorentina last weekend, fell behind early on to a superb volley from Radja Nainggolan.

Massimiliano Allegri’s team responded just after the hour mark when Ronaldo reached his personal landmark with a strike from the edge of the penalty area.

Both sides had chances to win it but goalkeepers Wojciech Szczesny and Samir Handanovic were in good form and the points were shared.

Roma climbed into the final Champions League spot after beating Cagliari 3-0 at the Olympic Stadium.

Federico Fazio headed Claudio Ranieri’s side into a fifth-minute lead and Javier Pastore made it 2-0 three minutes later before Aleksandar Kolarov added a third in the closing stages.

Empoli’s survival hopes were dealt a major blow as they let slip the lead to lose 3-1 at Bologna.

Marko Pajac gave Empoli a half-time lead, but Bologna equalised through Roberto Soriano early in the second half and sealed the win with late goals from Riccardo Orsolini and Nicola Sansone.

Defeat leaves Empoli in the bottom three, four points from safety, while Bologna have climbed eight points clear of the drop zone.
