“My goal now is the World Cup. It is not time to talk about transfers,” Neymar said. “I am a little tired of it now.”
PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi said on Saturday he was “2000 per cent” sure Neymar would remain with the Ligue 1 champions, even though his prized possession is constantly being linked with a surprise exit after just one season in France, despite being contracted until 2022.
Neymar scored 28 goals in 30 games for PSG before his season was ended prematurely by a serious foot injury in February.
“Everyone knows what I have come here to do, the goals I have,” he added.
Midfielder Adrien Rabiot and goalkeeper Kevin Trapp spoke to French media after their 2-0 Coupe de France final triumph over Les Herbiers completed a domestic treble.
“He’s here with us, he’s working hard and he really wants to stay here,” said Rabiot after the game, attended by the Brazilian icon.
“It means a lot for the team, the group. We haven’t seen him that much yet, but it’s great,” added stopper Trapp.
