Paqueta is the latest star to come through the club’s ranks and as well as his talents on the pitch, has also rose to fame with his ‘dancinha’ celebration with Madrid-bound Vinicius.
Speaking on YouTube channel Segue o Baile, Marcelo said: “I am here to wish you the greatest success in the world.
“I hope you have a brilliant career. I have already told Vinicius that I’m a fan of your left leg, it’s golden! He is coming to play with me, you could too.
“Your dance is also spectacular. I tried to do it but it doesn’t work out.
“Continue on your path, I hope god continues to bless you, and that you and Vinicius can continue to do the best possible for your team.”
Paqueta has been linked with a number of number of European clubs including Italian giants Juventus. For Vinicius, he will remain at Flamengo until the end of the 2019 season.
The 21-year-old found his first-team chances limited at the Bernabeu with 24 appearances in all competitions, scoring nine goals.
There has been strong speculation that he could leave the European champions for Real Betis but with Zinedine Zidane’s shock exit, he will consider his options.
“I knew you would ask me about Betis,” said Mayoral on an Instagram question and answer session.
“They are a good team with a good coach, but I have a contract with Madrid and we’ll see what happens with the new coach.”
However, the Whites’ Champions League success and Barca’s costly defeat at Levante, ending their unbeaten run, took some of the shine off the season.
Messi, though, insists he has never been focused on Real’s exploits and is only ever concerned with what Barcelona do.
Speaking in an interview with Sport, he said: “I want to win. What the other teams do doesn’t interest me.
“As a Barcelona player, and when we’re not [left] in a competition, I never want our main rival to win. But, first of all, I want to win myself.”
