Real Madrid are bidding to get back to winning ways on Saturday night but their city rivals Atletico stand in their way at the Bernabeu.
Julen Lopetegui’s men were thrashed 3-0 by Sevilla in midweek in what was a limp display in Andulasia.
Luckily for Los Blancos, Barcelona were downed by rock-bottom Leganes, which means top spot is all to play for in La Liga this weekend.
But, with Atletico breathing down both Real and Barca’s necks in third, only a win will do for the Whites on home soil.
And, ahead of the clash, Gareth Bale – who was one of sole bright spots for his team at the Ramon Sanchez Piquan Stadium and new signing Mariano Diaz – appeared in prime shape during shooting and crossing drills at the club’s Valdebebas training ground.
