With leagues around Europe beginning to kick-off, the need to finish adding the final touches to squads ahead of August 31’s transfer deadline is becoming ever more pressing.

Sport360 rounds-up the biggest latest transfer stories from around the world.

Marlos Moreno, Atletico Nacional, €5.6m (Done Deal)

The promising Colombia winger joined Pep Guardiola’s revolution yesterday, inking a five-year deal. The 19-year-old will now spend next season on loan at La Liga’s Deportivo La Coruna.

Moreno – who lifted the 2016 Copa Libertadores – is the sixth signing made by the Blues this summer.

Andre Ayew, Swansea City to West Ham United, €23.6m (Fee Agreed)

The Ghana star is now discussing terms with the Hammers after their bid was accepted yesterday, according to BBC Sport. If the winger departs, it will leave the Swans without last term’s 12-goal top scorer. But the fee will provide an instant return after he was scooped up on a free in 2015 from Marseille.

Thomas Vermaelen, Barcelona to AS Roma, Loan (In Talks)

The Belgium centre-back’s miserable spell at Barca seems close to an end after Roma boss Luciano Spalletti confirms talks were open to swoop him up on loan. Injuries, poor form and intense competition have seen the 30-year-old play just 21 games since his arrival from Arsenal in summer 2014.

Diego Costa, Chelsea to Napoli, €60.1m (Reported)

The Serie A challengers are flush with cash after selling Gonzalo Higuain and they are looking to spend it on the unsettled Chelsea striker, according to Corriere dello Sport. Costa – who has also been repeatedly linked with a return to Atletico Madrid – scored just 16 times in 41 appearances last term.

Julian Draxler, Wolfsburg to Paris Saint-Germain, €74.3m (Reported)

The Ligue 1 champions are looking to take advantage of the Germany winger discontent at Wolfsburg, according to Sky Sport Italia. Draxler rocked the Wolves last week with a request to leave, although overtures from PSG are yet to be successful. Draxler’s Euro 2016 displays have piqued their interest.
