While Everton have had to let go of their star striker Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United, it can be said that, the Toffees have arguably done the best business so far in the current transfer window.
With Wayne Rooney’s name added to a load of talented players that include midfielder Davy Klaasen, centre-back Michael Keane, goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, forward Sandro Ramirez; Everton look like the team to watch out for when the Premier League kicks off.
Having done a lot of research and given a lot of thought of before signing what they need, Koeman’s team certainly looks good on paper.
And while Everton’s transfer policy looks solid, it will be interesting to see if they can end up inside the top-six.
