Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker admits he is flattered by speculation linking him with a move to Real Madrid.
The Spanish giants are looking for a goalkeeper in the summer and the 25-year-old is reportedly top of their list.
Manchester United’s David de Gea and Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois had been linked with a move to the Bernabeu, but it seems Becker is Madrid’s preferred first choice.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is also thought to be in the race to sign the highly-rated keeper.
When asked about the speculation, Becker told Portuguese TV programme Globoesporte: “Those links massage the ego, it cannot be denied.
“People get satisfaction from recognition. I feel very happy to have recognition.
“It means that I am doing my job well, that they are watching me.
“Even more so when one hears about Real Madrid.”
