JAMES RODRIGUEZ
Bayern Munich are ready to splash the cash to sign the Colombian playmaker permanently, according to Marca.
The Bavarians, who signed the 26-year-old on an initial two-year loan deal from Real Madrid last summer, have a purchase option over the talent to sign him at any point during that period for a flat fee of €42m (Dh190m).
Bayern will now exercise that clause this summer, given Rodriguez’s impressive displays for the Bundesliga giants which have seen him orchestrate proceedings from midfield, notching 11 assists in all competitions.
The player himself is happy to make the switch given his Los Blancos future appeared bleak under Zinedine Zidane during the 2016/17 season, despite performing to a high level whenever called upon.
ADRIEN RABIOT
The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder could opt to leave the French giants at the end of the season, Goal reports.
There is expected to be much change at the Parc des Princes this summer, with boss Unai Emery under pressure following the club’s last 16 Champions League exit and speculation over the long-term future of the world’s most expensive player, Neymar.
That has also unsettled other stars, including the 22-year-old, who has yet to enter talks over a new contract extension with his existing deal expiring next year.
Manchester United have in the past been linked with the Frenchman, with Rabiot likely to make a call over his next move following the World Cup in Russia.
MOUSSA MAREGA
Everton, West Ham and Swansea will battle it out in a three-way fight to land the Porto forward in June, according to The Mirror.
The 26-year-old Mali international has been in blistering form this season, netting 20 league goals in 24 appearances.
That has led to interest from the Premier League trio, with the Toffees thought to be leading the race to sign him given their extra financial clout.
Marega is said to be be keen to move to England, with the Amiens star having a £35m (Dh180m) release clause in his contract.
