The transfer window doesn’t open for nearly another three months, but clubs are still looking to do business and line up their targets before July.
Here are two moves that could happen when the market opens again in the summer.
LIVERPOOL LOOKING TO POACH FELLAINI
Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini could be set for a sensational move to rivals Liverpool, according to L’Equipe.
The Belgian is out of contract at the end of June and is yet to agree a new deal with United.
Monaco and PSG are also reportedly monitoring the midfielder but Liverpool’s interest in Fellaini gives the saga a delicious twist.
JUVE EXPECTING CAN DECISION WITHIN TWO WEEKS
Emre Can is set to make a decision on his Liverpool future by next week, with Juventus waiting in the wings.
Juventus chief executive Beppe Marotta has been quoted telling Mediaset (via Daily Express) the Serie A club wants the “soap opera” to end in the next ten days.
Can can leave on a free transfer this summer and Juventus have long been the frontrunners for the German’s signature, though Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has been trying to convince his compatriot to stay at the club.
