    ANDRIJA ZIVKOVIC

Arsenal are keen to land the talented Benfica winger when the summer transfer window opens, according to Sport Witness.

The Gunners face a huge rebuilding job in the close season following Arsene Wenger’s departure, with the board keen to quickly get to work on potential incomings for the new term.

One of the men earmarked to come in is the 21-year-old Serb, who is one of the hottest properties around in European football.

Zivkovic, reportedly, would not come cheap but does have a release clause of €60million (Dh263m).

Arsenal have yet to reveal the full extent of their spending warchest.

    MARCO SILVA

Everton and West Ham will battle it out in the coming weeks to make the former Watford boss their new manager.

According to The Sun, the Hammers are ready to hijack the Toffees’ plans to bring in Silva in place of Sam Allardyce – who is expected to be told he has no future at Goodison Park.

The Blues attempted to seal a deal for the 40-year-old in January but were rebuffed by the Hornets. Instead, they opted for Allardyce and then the Vicarage Road boss was sacked after a dismal run.

However, Silva is still top of majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri’s wishlist though West Ham are also keen on him as they look for a permanent successor to outgoing David Moyes.

Would Silva be a good fit at Stamford Bridge?
