Meanwhile, Fabinho who has played as a rival in Ligue 1 with Fekir believes the French international is a class act and welcomes the possibility of the 24-year-old joining him at Anfield.
“This is something that I always wanted – this is a giant of a team. The infrastructures of the club look exceptional.” 🙌

Manchester City are hoping to complete the £75 million (Dh366.8m) signing of the elusive Leicester star this week, according to the Daily Mail. The 27-year-old had a productive 2017-18 campaign for the Foxes, scoring 13 goals and providing 10 assists in 44 appearances. The 30-year-old has been a thorn in Mauricio Pochettino’s side this season, making 42 appearances in all competitions. But the Belgian international has shelved extension talks until after the World Cup this summer. Regardless of Dembele’s future, Spurs are keen to strengthen their midfield with Atalanta’s Bryan Cristante and PSG’s Adrien Rabiot among the key targets.
