    JUSTIN KLUIVERT

Ajax are ready to sell Justin Kluivert for €20m plus add-ons to Roma, according to multiple reports in Italy.

The reports suggest the deal is nearly done pending a medical, with the son of ex-Barcelona player Patrick Kluivert ready to sign a five-year contract with Roma that will pay him €1.4m per season.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal had all been chasing the 19-year-old, who had also expressed interest in a possible move to Barca, but now it seems he’ll ditch the Eredivisie for Serie A this summer.

    TOBY ALDERWEIRELD

Manchester United and Tottenham have reached an impasse in talks over a deal for defender Toby Alderweireld, reports The Independent.

United have offered £55m (€63m) for the Belgium defender, but Spurs are holding out for more.

With talks at a standstill, Tottenham’s interest in United winger Anthony Martial could help push a deal through.
