    MATEO KOVACIC

Manchester United are eyeing up a move for the elusive Real Madrid midfielder, according to the Daily Mail.

The 24-year-old is unhappy with the amount of game time he has received at the Bernabeu following his switch from Inter Milan in 2015 and is keen to leave the Spanish capital.

The Croatian international started just 10 La Liga matches for Los Blancos last term, but could be in for more game time under new boss Julen Lopetegui.

The Red Devils are said to be on the hunt for a new midfielder, but Madrid could be reluctant to sell. Manchester City are also believed to be interested in securing the former Dinamo Zagreb man’s signature.

Arsenal are interested in signing the Sevilla central midfielder, according to The Metro.

The 29-year-old is currently struggling to inspire Argentina at the World Cup with the South Americans banking on victory against Nigeria to have any hope of qualifying for the next round.

The €20m (Dh80m)-rated midfielder has played for new Gunners boss Unai Emery at both Valencia and Sevilla, which may help his push for a move to the Emirates Stadium.

Serie A champions Juventus are continuing to push for Russia and CSKA Moscow playmaker and are close to sealing a €25 million (Dh107m) switch, according to Tuttosport.

The 22-year-old has emerged as one of Europe’s hottest properties and his reputation will only be enhanced as he continues to impress at the World Cup.

Massimiliano Allegri is looking to bolster his squad ahead of the new season as the Old Lady attempt to challenge strongly on Serie A and Champions League fronts again in 2018-19.
