    JAMES RODRIGUEZ

James Rodriguez is set for talks with Bayern Munich over his future amid interest from Juventus, reports Bild.

The Bundesliga giants, who signed the 27-year-old on an initial two-year loan deal from Real Madrid last summer, have a purchase option over the talent to sign him at any point during that period for a flat fee of €42m (Dh190m).

Bayern want to retain the services of the Colombia international, but Rodriguez is keen to link up with former Los Blancos team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo in Turin.

His agent Jorge Mendes is reportedly looking at a way to engineer a move for his client to Serie A.

    ADRIEN RABIOT

Adrien Rabiot has been offered a contract worth €8 million (Dhs 33.5 million) by Paris Saint-Germain but is set to reject it, according to Calciomercato.

The 23-year-old has been resistant to the Ligue 1 champions’ overtures as they attempt to prevent him leaving on a free transfer when his terms expire in summer 2019.

However, Rabiot is undecided about his future in France, with a desire to play in a new league next season.

Juventus and Milan are monitoring the situation and are ready to swoop if the fresh deal falls through.
