Arne Maier has attracted the attention of Manchester United and Arsenal, according to the Sun.
The 19-year-old Hertha Berlin midfielder is tipped to earn a senior call-up for Germany in the near future and will have scouts from both clubs watching him next weekend in Stuttgart.
The Bundesliga side value Maier at £15million, but it is likely that Arsenal or Manchester United would have to pay a lot more than that to land his services in the January transfer window.
Maier has made 16 appearances for Hertha Berlin this season and was a key presence in the 1-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday.
